Web Resources 
are client-side (browser) assets that can be included in your web pages. A typical web page might include stylesheets, images and JavaScript files.
Web Resources can be added from:
- The workspace.
- The server or Verj.io Service Plan running the Verj.io Runtime Environment.
- An external site.
To add a Web Resource to your Project, use File > New > Web Resources and select the type of Web Resource to add.
You can attach Web Resources to a:
Page by selecting the page and editing its Web Resource properties.
Form by opening the Form Properties window and selecting the Web Resources tab.
Theme in its 
Presentation Template's Web Resources section.
